-spend time outdoors every day.Nature is truly our Mother,not chemicals,cars,technology,high rises and movie theaters
-eat balanced,organic,nutritional meals
-exercise an hour every day
-be AWARE and CONSCIOUS of our thoughts,energy,journeys and aims
-thank yourself for being true to yourself,and making sure each thought and action is positive and nourishing and beneficial to you
-not be afraid of anything in life
-last but not least…LAUGH!

Thinking of maybe starting a “Tajna Tastes” or whatever food blog.I eat so much and love it and love to cook! It’s a shame so many people develop eating disorders and do not value their health and food.There’s nothing like good healthy food!
For breakfast I made a smoothie with fresh almond milk,VEGA bodacious berry protein powder,blueberries and a date.I was still hungry,so I had a plum,some pineapple and two dried figs.Fiber power! and now I’m dehydrating almond pulp leftover from the almond pulp to make almond meal,and just finished cooking azuki beans to have in my butternut squash lunchtime tacos.Busy? oh this is just the beginning!
I made this tofu version of a cheesecake with a crust of olive oil and almonds underneath.It was delicious with fresh pineapple and flaxseed.
